This survey involves the conduct of in-home interviews
with a household based random sample of 1,800 residents drawn from all areas
of Northern Ireland. RES is responsible for all aspects of project design
through to producing a fully validated and labelled SPSS dataset for subsequent
analysis by Academics |

This project involved the conduct of 5,000 face-to-face
in-home interviews with Executive tenants. The hour long interview generated
information on many facets of the service provided by the Executive, specifically
in areas such as client satisfaction with staff attitudes and behaviour,
response times, contact and communications between tenants and the Executive
and awareness and performance on Citizen Charter targets and commitments. |

New Deal for Young Participants Survey |

| Description |
This survey aimed to investigate the work history
of those participants on the government's New Deal program. The questionnaire
went into great detail regarding the employment status of the participant
before joining New Deal, their experience of the program, and then a complete
work history since the participant left the program up until the day he/she
was interviewed. 1560 cases and 4000+ variables. A follow up survey
of these individuals took place in 2000. |

RES were appointed to conduct a public consultation
survey to elicit the public's views on the service being provided by each
of the Local Authorities in Northern Ireland. The survey involved the
conduct of 10,000 telephone interviews and was implemented using a probability
based random sample design. The key objective of the survey was to identify
differences in perception of performance between the residents of different
Council areas. |

This survey on behalf of QUB’s School of Psychology
involved a telephone interview with 2000 respondents in Northern Ireland and
1000 in the six border counties of the Republic of Ireland. The survey
focused on the individuals experiences throughout the troubles, the effect
that experience has on them now and any coping mechanisms they may be using. |
