PRE-REGISTRATION PAGE

This is the pre-registration page for the 4th Round of the Ulster XC MTB Series 2013 which will be held at Kilbroney Park, Rostrevor on Saturday 3 August 2013 in conjuction with the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG). Pre-registering for the event will help the organisers estimate the likely number of riders on the day and also make the signing on process faster. For senior riders it will also be cheaper to pre-register than sign up on the day. NOTE: Gridding for Round 4 will be based on the Ulster league to date but only for riders who pre-register

Pre-entry and Sign on

Sign on will open on the day at 08:30.

Pre-registration closes at 20:00 on Thursday 1 August 2013.

Under 10s - 11:10
Under 12s - 11:30
Under 16s, Senior 4 men, Senior 3 women, Under 14s - 12:15
Senior 1 men, Senior 2 men, Senior 1 women, Senior 3 men, Senior 2 women - 14:00

JUNIORS - NOTE

Juniors (1995, 1996) can ride in any of the Senior categories except Senior 1 men and Senior 1 women. Special permission must be sought from Cycling Ireland to allow a junior to ride the top Senior categories. Juniors pay 10/10 at the sign on desk on showing his/her licence card.

NOTE: SIGN ON CLOSES 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF EACH RACE

Seniors - 15 if you pre-register, otherwise it is 18 / 20 if you sign up on the day


Riders must be signed on with race numbers attached to their bikes and wearing a helmet before taking part in the event.

NOTE: All race numbers must be returned at the end of each race.
NOTE: Practice will be allowed on the course on Friday 2 August from 2 pm - 5 pm.

* If you are over 16 and do not possess a current Cycling Ireland Race Licence you can purchase a One-Day Race Licence for 9 (if you have another type of Cycling Ireland licence) or 17 if you have no cycling licence at all. Those aged 15 or 16 can take out a One-Day licence for just 5. Those under 14 can take out an Annual licence for 5.

NOTE: Proof of insurance (Cycling Ireland card, letter from club secretary, receipt from Cycling Ireland etc) will be required on the day.
